What's up with Seattles Time on my iPhone?

What's up with Seattles Time on my iPhone?, originally uploaded by Frunny.

Today I checked the time in Seattle on my iPhone and what I saw is that the iPhone does not display the time correctly on the digital and clock view. It only happens to the Seattle time - all other were ok.
